CONFIGURABLE USER INTERFACE

 

Secured Point is fully configurable to include your corporate colors, logos, and Internet/intranet home page standards. All headers throughout the site are configurable with the banner of your choice.

The home page and links page can include any text, images, links, etc. that can be coded through HTML. The drop down menu bar and other page table headers and text can be set in colors that reflect your branding. Finally, any names of menu items, catalog/sub-catalog, and home page quick links can be changed to a naming convention easily understood by your organization.

SECURE, USER-DEFINED ACCESS LEVELS

User-defined access levels provide individual user groups with access to content specific to their role and responsibility. General users may only need access to ordering and order status modules, where administrators will want full access to the site.

PLATFORM INDEPENDENT

Secured Point is Internet-based and accessible from both Mac and PC platforms via common Internet browsers, eliminating the need to install special client-side software.

MOBILE ACCESS

The power of Secured Point is available in the palm of your hand. With Secured Point Mobile, being out of the office doesn't mean being out of touch with critical projects. Mobile-enabled Secured Point users have access to place orders, check order status and check availability.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS

Administrative interfaces allow authorized personnel to add, remove, and change user groups, users, and user preferences and privileges using our online self-service tools.

   CUSTOMIZED EMAIL ALERTS 

Secured Point can give users customized email alerts to advise them of unfinished orders, back ordered items, and items reaching low stock limits. These alerts are configurable and will differ depending on the configuration of the user’s permissions.

DYNAMIC MESSAGING ON THE HOME PAGE

The tabbed menu alerts on the log-in page will allow a company to message new items to users, market upcoming training opportunities, advertise events, link to training materials, or message to users about upcoming features.
